Gabatarwa (3) ci gaba....


DUBA YANDA ZA A SAMI MATSAYA A 1977/ 78:
Ganin yadda abubuwa su ke ci gaba da tabarbarewa, da rashin kwanciyar hankali sai Gwamnan Jihar Kaduna na wannan lokacin Group Kaftin Usman Jibirin ya yi kokarin shirya wani zama don yin nazarin abubuwan da suke kawo sabani a tsakanin Malam Abubakar Gumi da malaman darika, a shekara ta (1977) amma Malam Abubakar Gumi sai ya ki yarda, ya ce ya sami labarin a na barazanar hallaka shi a wurin zaman.
Mai yiwuwa ganin wannan yunkuri da Gwamnar Jihar Kaduna ya yi ya ci tura, shi ya sanya Gwamnatin Tarayya a karkashin jagorancin Janaral Obasanjo ita ma ta yi kokarin kira taron malamai a shekara ta (1978) don duba matsalolin da su ke kawo rigimar addini a tsakanin Musulmi da Musulmi masamman kungiyar Malam Abubakar Gumi da mabiyansa.
A wata majiya mai tushe an ce dalilin kiran taron shine bayan da a ka sauke Malam daga Alkalin Alkalai na Jahohin Arewa sai ya bukaci a nada shi mufti na Tarayyar Najeriya, kamar yadda a ke yi akasashen Larabawa, wanda duk wata matsala da ta shafi Musulmi sai abin da ya ce, sai Gwamnatin Obasanjo ta amince da haka, sai kuma ga wata tawaga ta jagororin al’umar musulmi daga jahohin Arewa bisa jagorancin wani babban alkali a Kano suka tafi suka sami Shugaban kasa Obasanjo suka nuna amincewar su na nada ma su mufti amma ba su yarda a baiwa Malam Abubakar Gumi ba, an ce wannan shi ne dalilin da ya sanya Gwamnatin Tarayya ta kafa kwamiti na Malamai don warware matsalar rashin jituwa da a ke samu, a karkashin jagorancin Mataimakin Shugaban kasa Janar Shehu Musa ‘Yar Aduwa, Allah Ya ji kansa, amin
Kwamitin Malaman ya zauna a Ikko da Sokoto kuma a karshe ya fitar da sakamako wanda Malaman suka hadu a kai, wanda ya nuna alamar samuwar zaman lafiya da hadin kai a tsakanin al'ummar Musulmi da fahimtar juna, amma sai malam Abubakar Gumi ya warware alkawari daga baya.
A wata takarda da aka fitar a karshen taro wanda Mai alfarma Sarkin Musulmi Abubakar III – Allah ya gafarta masa- ya sa wa hannu a ranar 5/3/1979 ga abin da ta kunsa:

Assalamu Alaikum.
Bayan haka ina sanarsheku wani Kwamitin Malamai da  aka kafa don su binciki bam- bance-bambance da ke tsakanin Musulmi a kasarnan, sun yi taro biyu a Ikko: daya a cikin watan Oktoba, 1978, na biyu kuma daga 3-5 ga watan Fabrairu, 1979. Wannan Kwamitin ya kumshi Alhaji Nasiru Kabara, Alhaji Abubakar Mahmud Gummi, Alhaji Isma'ila Ibrahim, Alhaji Sharif Ibrahim Saleh da Alhaji Muntaka Coomassie.
Malaman sun hadu da niyya ta kwarai ta neman abinda zai kawo jituwa da Maslaha tsakanin Musulmi gaba daya.
Malaman sun rubuta abinda fahim­tarsu ta nuna masu game da musulunci da darikokin Sufaye?An karanta bahasin kowane malami an kuma yi Munakasha" tasa.
Malaman sun yarda cewa dukkan lit­tafan da aka rubuta a kowane fanni za'a sami sahihi a cikinsu, ta yiwu kuma a sami kuskure a cikinsu. Saboda haka ya fi kyau a bar binciken wadannan litta­tafai. Sai kowane malami kwararre a cikin fanninsa ya tsaya akan wannan fanni. Malaman sun yarda cewa litta­fan sufaye an rubuta su ne saboda su­faye; don haka bai kamata a bincike su ba muddin dai ba a san fanninsu ba. Kuma bai halatta a gusar da barnar da za ta jawo wata barnar da ta fita ba. Haka kuma duk wanda ya gayawa dan uwansa cewa shi kafiri ne, to, dayansu ne kafiri. Saboda haka ya kamata duk wata hanya da za ta kawo haduwar kan musulmi a karfafa ta.
            Malaman kuma sun yarda cewa darika ba wajiba bace amma- neman mai shiryarwa ga addini wajibi ne, do­min samun mai shiriya da kansa nadiri ne. Haka kuma malaman sun yi ittifakia kan cewa Hadisin nan wanda a cikinsa mala'ika Jibrilu ya zo ya tambayi Annabi ma'anar Musulunci da Imani da Ihsani ya kumshi abubuwa uku: (i) Ma'anar Musulunci,(ii) Ma'anar Imani, (iii) Ma'anar ihsani. Fannin ilmin da yake bayanin Islam shi ake kira fikhu. Fannin da yake bayanin lmani shi ake cewa Ilm-al-tawhid wa al-kalam. Fannin da yake binciken Ihsani shi ake cewa ta­sawwuf kuma abubuwan da suka rassanta daga gare shi na wuruddai ko azkaru su ne darika. Haka kuma malamai sun yi ittifaki a kan zo ga Annabawa ko ta wane hali ne, to duka hukumcinsa daya ne. Wahyi da a yi abu ko a bari ga shari'a ya ke­banta ne ga Annabawa kurum. Amma ilhami na waliyyai fahimta ce daga Allah wadda ba ta kunshi wani sabon hukumci na shari'a ba. ma'anar wahyi. A cikin littafi "Fara'id al-jallah" ne Shehu Abdullahi Gwandu, an sami bayanin cewa wahyi yana zama ta hanyar mala'ika ko ta ilhami ko cikin barci ko cikin wata takarda. In wahyi ya
       Haka kuma malamai sun yarda cewa da'awar annabci shine kafirci amma da'awar ilhami ba kafirci ba ne. Sun yi ittifaki a kan cewa mafarki ya kasu gida uku: (i) Ak­wai mafarki daga Allah wanda kuma abinda ya kunsa ya dace da abinda ya zo daidai da shari'a. (ii), Akwai mafarki wanda yake labarin rai ne; (iii) akwai kuma mafarkin da abirida ya kunsa ya zo ne daga Shaidan. Malamai sun yarda da cewa Annabi ya ce: Annabci ya kare sai dai mubashsharat", watau mumini ya ganarwa kansa wani alheri a mafarki ko kuma ganar masa.
Haka kuma malaman sun ba da shawara ga musulmi cewa su koyi addi­ninsu, su yi aiki da Kur'ani da Hadisi bisa ga fassarar da malaman sunna suka yi. Kuma su bar saurin kafirta juna ga mas'alolin da aka yi sabanin fahimta a kansu. Su zama kamar yad­da Allah ya umurce su da cewa:
واعتصموا بحبل الله جميعا ولا تفرقوا
watau ku kankamewa igivar Allah gaba dayanku, kada ku rarrabu.
       Haka nan kuma malaman sun ba da shawara ga sarakuna da mataimakansu bisa ga abinda ya shafi fassarar Kur'ani kada su bar wanda sharuddan yin tafsiri da wa'azi basu cika gareshi ba, ya rika yin tafsiri da wa'azi cikin jama'a. Su kuma masu iznin yin tafsiri da wa'azi su gujema abinda zai kawo tashin hankali.
       Wannan abinda wadannan malamai suka yi ittafaki a kansa an sake tattauna shi a gaba gareni nan Sokoto ranar Litinin 26/2/1979 tare da wasu Sarakuna da Manyan Malamai daga Jihohi dabam dabam.
       Duk wadanda suka halarci wannan taro sun yi ittifaki game da abinda wan­nan Kwamitin Malamari ya gabatar. Kuma sun rokeni in sanarda ku, don ku kuma ku sanar da sauran jama'a birni da kauye da kuma sauran malaman da basu sami damar halarta ba domin su yi ma mabiyansu bayani akan wannan abin farin ciki na ittafakin malamai na karfafa abinda zai jawo zama Iafiva a tsakanin Musulmi kuma da gujewa abinda zai kawo tashin hankali.
       Duk wani wanda ya saba ma wannan ittifaki, shi ne mai neman jawo fitina a tsakanin Musulmi. Sai a gabatar da shi a gaban 'Yan Sanda akan yana neman kawo tashin hankali ga Kasa.
       Mun sa wani Kwamiti don shi tsara sharuddan da za'a ajive kafin a ba wani mutum iznin yin wa'azi. Za mu aiko muku muku nan da nan da an kare shi.
       Allah shi taimakemu 'bisa taimakon Addininsa, Amin.
